Seeing life through a zoom lens

‍Anyone can buy a high-end camera. But not everyone can capture the essence of emotions and the textures of the atmosphere, like a trained professional photographer with an acute eye for detail can.

I am Katja Jones and I have been fortunate enough to turn my passion into my profession. For the past 5 years I have honed my photography skills with creative experimentation in lighting, prop utilization, ingenious compositions and attention to detail; in quest of clicking images that convey an emotion, and let you taste the environment through a camera lens. I have taken hundreds of portrait photos, maternity images, cake smashes, Christmas pictures and newborn family photos, experimented with street photography and took several workshops. I offer in Studio and outdoor sessions. I have challenged myself with every new assignment and realized that photography is my happy place. I am based with my Studio KatjaJonesPhotographyLLC in Killeen and serve my clients in Killeen, Fort Hood, Fort Cavazos , Austin, Copperas Cove, Temple and Waco area. I also travel to the beautiful island of Madeira, in Portugal 1-2 times a year and offer my services overseas.
